Flow Water Sports offers rental and delivery of kayaks and paddleboards in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. By booking through our site, you agree to provide accurate information and follow all rental guidelines.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

3. Delivery and Pickup

We deliver to approved locations within the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island areas. You are responsible for being present at the agreed delivery and pickup times.

4. Liability

Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult. Use of our equipment involves inherent risks, including injury or drowning. By using our services, you agree to assume full responsibility and release Flow Water Sports from any liability.

5. Damaged or Lost Equipment

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period. Fees may apply.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
